The graph displays the percentage of students participating in standardized testing, by subject, at this school. Some students may take the test for one subject but not another. You can select a previous year using the drop down menu in the gray area. To view participation by demographics, click the By Demographics button above the graph.

Note that for student groups of fewer than 10 students, no information is displayed.

According to Illinois School Code, all students enrolled in public schools are required to participate in the State assessment or an alternate form of the assessment. Students who participate but for various reasons do not complete the testing process (e.g., illness), are still counted as having participated. Certain students may take an alternative assessment and not participate in PARCC. This may include students with disabilities or students with English Learner Proficiency who have attended schools in the U.S. for less than 12 months.

Federal law requires schools to have a 95% participation rate.
